First off I want to say the customer service on this website was excellent. I received my Karmin Hair Straightening Iron but it didn't seem to be getting as hot as I was expecting and it wasn't straightening my wavy hair. I returned the iron for an exchange and when I got my new Karmin Iron it was obvious the first flat iron was faulty as this iron gets pretty darn hot! It does smooth my hair out and leaves it silky and shiny but where I live it is very humid and by the end of the day I do have a bit of frizz but not as much as I am used to!
