H, I have to join all the ravers about this awesome iron. It is as great as they say it is!! I\'ve had a few flat irons and thought they were great until a friend gave me this one and OMG, its amazing!!!It heats so fast I never waste any time. My hair stays straight all day long. I have paid big bucks for a flat iron to tame my frizzy red hair. I can\'t believe for the price of this black iron how it heats up immediately and never fries out my hair even on the highest setting!I love it! 5 stars because I love how quick it works and how long my hair stays smooth!..
