I love the CHI! It made my hair straight and shiny unlike all those other irons that, yes they made my hair straight and curly but in the process they were damaging my hair. The CHI doesn't burn or fry

I am amazed how this flat iron with a curved barrel can do so much, it's just what I needed. The quality seems great however, I do find it takes longer to heat then my GHD and it doesn't provide as much volume as the pictures unless I finish the look with spray...
