My roommate got one for Christmas and I use it more than she does! (with her consent, of course! She totally rocks.) This flat iron is AMAZING. My hair is really thick and wavy and very hard to straighten. My crappy conair straightener had to go over small sections of my hair at 3-4 times to get it straight, taking me nearly an hour to do my whole head. The CHI ion flat iron finishes my hair in 15 minutes. It leaves it shiny and smooth (barely any frizz) and it still has volume when I’m done. My boyfriend even noticed the difference. it’s completely worth it to save all that time and have my hair look amazing. Boyfriend is going to buy me one soon so I can quit being a mooch on my roommate. He’s super frugal but also agrees it’s completely worth it to have my hair look that awesome.
