My boyfriend brought me my Chi. I begged him for it when all my gfs raved about it. Well I heard of not using heat on the hair so I keep the setting at a reasonable number and treat my hair delicately when straightening or curling.At first it was snagging my hair which I found frustrating but customer service told me to use smaller sections of hair. This worked! Granted it took longer but the results are amazing... Rating: [4 of 5 Stars!]
