I have really thick wavy hair and if i put my hair in a pony tail the crease from the elastic never comes out when i straighten but this time it did. I was amazed at how customer service treated me and also helped me out they told me if i didnt like there suggested straightener that i could just send it back and get one of my own choice or get my money back. So i thought Im not really losing out on anything. There was no need to exchange it or get my money back it works awesome!~!~~!~!~..
