Return And Warranty Policy

Product Returns

MyHairStylingTools.com has a 15 day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, within the first 15 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return your items for a refund. Please ensure all components originally shipped with the item are sent back to us in order to expedite the process. Your refund will be processed once we verify return of all parts of the original item (packaging, spare parts, etc.). Note: A $14.95 handling fee may be deducted from your refund for returns that originally received free S&H.

To return your product within the 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee, you will need to:

  1. 1. Contact us to get an RMA number
    Email customerservice@myhairstylingtools.com. Please provide the following:

    Your full name
    Order number from your packing slip
    Reason for the return

  2. 2. Ship the product back to us in the original packaging and include your RMA # in the address block:

    You are responsible for the shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend shipping via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or another traceable ship method. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.

  3. 3. Once we receive all components of your purchase, we will process your refund.

    Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your transaction; all transactions should be complete within one full billing cycle.

Damages/Warranty Claims:

As an added service to you, if you purchased your appliance from MyHairStylingTools.com, we will honor your manufacturer warranty - eliminating your inconvenience and higher expense of contacting the manufacturer. That means appliances may be returned directly to My Hair Styling Tools for replacement. If we no longer carry the item you are returning, we will contact you for your preferences for a suitable replacement.

The warranty process is easy, just follow these steps:

  1. 1. Contact us via email, customerservice@myhairstylingtools.com to let us know that you need a warranty replacement processed. We will need you to provide your name, order number, billing address, a contact phone number, and the reason for the warranty replacement.

  2. 2. Ship the product back to us:

  3. 3. Once we receive your item, we will contact you to get payment for the warranty fee. Our fees for warranty services are:

    $9.99/item if you are located within the 48 Continental United States.
    $19.99/item if you are located outside this area.

  4. 4. Once payment is processed, we will ship your replacement item to the address you provided in step 1.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only purchases made through MyHairStylingTools.com can be returned. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers.
